The alternative sources of energy are increasingly an attractive resource for two main reasons: the continuous increase in the price of traditional fuels and the concern for our environment, our future.
Nature gives us warmth and Ecotelia have many means for obtaining it in a way ecological and economical.
- Aerothermy: Using the energy stored in the air to heat stays or for producing hot water. Heat pumps make use of this energy and reduce or suppress heating costs.
- Wind power: The kinetic energy generated by the effect of air currents is converted into energy through wind turbines. From smaller installations to large wind farms are a source of cheap and increasingly competitive energy.
- Geothermal: Geothermal energy is produced by the internal heat of the earth and has been concentrated in places underground known as geothermal reservoirs. It can be used directly for heating homes, warm greenhouses, fish hatcheries, dehydrated vegetables and dry wood, among other applications. This energy can also be used indirectly to produce electricity. Generally, the force generated by the steam of these reservoirs is used to run a turbine able to move an electric generator.
Also we can compose hybrid power systems that use different power generation sources (wind, solar, geothermal ...) combined to create an electrical network for supplying electrical power to a load or set of loads.
